Refund Policy

      • Items that are sold as "final sale" or marked as "non-refundable."
  • Refund Process:

    2. Provide Information: Be prepared to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (photos or videos).
    3. Return Authorization (RA) Number: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a unique RA number.
    4. Return Shipping:
      • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, damaged item).
      • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
    5. Refund Processing:
      • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
      • Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method  within 10-15  business days.

  • This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from our website.
  • Refunds for items purchased from other retailers should be handled according to their respective return policies.
